Future mothers in Naryan-Mar told about childbirth

In October, Russia celebrates Pregnancy Day - a holiday dedicated to future mothers. Nenets District Hospital held a special event.

In the women's consultation there was a lecture "All about childbirth" with a practical part. The lecturer was the head of the obstetric department, an experienced gynecologist Tornike Malkhazovich Sahvadze.

The lecture aroused great interest among the participants. Future mothers listened carefully to the specialist, and after the main part asked a lot of questions. The dialogue turned out to be lively and useful: we discussed everything that is important to know about childbirth in simple words and without unnecessary stress.

After the dialogue, an excursion to the maternity hall was organized for expectant mothers. Experts told how everything will happen, showed the equipment and answered the questions. This allowed participants to better understand the atmosphere of the hospital and reduce anxiety before the upcoming event.

The participants of the meeting were prepared small but useful gifts: “Mother’s Diaries” and gift certificates from a partner to the “Favorite Children” store in honor of Pregnancy Day.
