The budget will spend 76.5 million rubles on food in the city hospital of Novomoskovsk

Novomoskovsk City Clinical Hospital (NSKB) announced a tender for the provision of services for the organization of patient nutrition. For these purposes, the institution will spend 76.5 million rubles.

The contractor undertakes to organize meals for patients for 225,000 bed days. Services will be provided at two main sites: in the main building on Kalinin Street, 39 and in branch No. 1 on Ryazan Highway, 2.

The food system will include five different diets: gentle, basic standard, low-protein, high-calorie and high-protein. Cooking will be carried out according to the approved seven-day menu, taking into account all medical requirements.

Special attention is paid to food quality and food safety. The menu includes only certified products that meet state standards. Delivery of prepared food will be carried out according to a strict schedule: (a) breakfast - 7:30-7:40; (b) second breakfast - 10:00-10:10; (c) lunch - 12:30-12:40; (d) afternoon - 15:30-15:40; (d) dinner - 16:50-17:00.

The new contract for the provision of services for the organization of therapeutic nutrition will be valid from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027.

We will remind, as previously wrote “MK in Tula”, food for patients of the perinatal center in Tula was going to spend at least 16 million rubles.
