The budget of the Leningrad region received almost 200 million rubles from the sale of property

For nine months of 2026, the Committee on State Property Management of the Leningrad Region transferred 198.9 million rubles to the regional treasury. Compared to last year, revenues increased by 17.7%. This was reported by IVBG.ru.

The bulk of the money brought dividends from companies — 65.3 million rubles. This plan has been fully implemented. The main source of income was Gazprom Gas Distribution Leningrad Region.

As a result of the privatization of six objects in the treasury received 42.2 million rubles. Also from the sale of real estate subordinate institutions managed to get 2.1 million rubles. Among the sold objects was an old house of twins. In addition, the plan for the implementation of land plots was exceeded, which allowed to earn an additional 26 million rubles.

And through the court managed to recover 7 million rubles from entrepreneurs who once bought property in installments, but stopped making payments.
