The architectural appearance of Mariupol continues to change due to the implementation of large-scale investment projects. The head of the DPR signed orders on the allocation of land in the central part of the city for the construction of two new modern residential complexes.
According to the Corporation for the Development of Donbass, for the construction of a large-scale facility, the developer of LLC SZ-1 Porfir was provided with a plot of about 7,400 square meters. The second investor, SZ Su-2007 Invest LLC, leased an area of 3,400 square meters for its own residential development.
Both projects are supported by the corporation, which guarantees control over the timing and quality of work. The relevant documents have already come into force, paving the way for the start of construction cycles.
