Pavlino Central Square will become a modern public space by the end of 2026

In the urban district of Balashikha, large-scale work continues to transform the recreational zone in the Pavlino microdistrict. According to information provided by the local administration, the complete renovation of the central square is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The improvement project, initiated by the residents themselves, covers an area of half a hectare. Contractors have already started the implementation of the first stage: at the moment, specialists have completed about 60% of the planned work. The start of improvement was given in July of this year. The financing of the project exceeds 50 million rubles.

Key elements of the renovated space will be convenient hiking trails, modern lighting system and video surveillance to ensure the safety of visitors. Special emphasis in the project is placed on landscaping. For children, a spacious play area with a variety of elements will be equipped, and for adults - comfortable places for a quiet rest.
