Through the court, the ARRIAH achieved the return of debts over 500 million rubles

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Vladimir region reported on the judicial recovery of more than 500 million rubles in favor of the All-Russian Research Institute for Animal Welfare (ARRIAH). The money was owed by the company with which the institution entered into a dealer agreement.

The contract between the Institute and the legal entity was formalized in 2025. Under its terms, the ARRIAH supplied veterinary drugs to the company, and the partner had to deal with their implementation.

The Institute fulfilled its part of the obligations and handed over the goods, but did not receive payment. The amount of debt exceeded half a billion rubles. The company refused to voluntarily return the funds.

During the trial, the representative of the legal entity, according to the prosecutor's office, denied the fact of the delivery of products. As a result of the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the debt was recovered through the court.
