The main recognition of the merits of the member of the Council of the Republic was the fact that Inna Tolkacheva was included in the prestigious world list of 100 women heroes, noted for significant personal contribution to the development of agriculture, food security and innovation in the agro-industrial sector.

On the sidelines of the forum, an official letter from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus was handed over to FAO Director-General Qu Dongyu. In addition, Inna Tolkacheva made a substantive report on the topic “Women in agro-food systems: overcoming barriers at the forefront of crisis situations”, presenting the Belarusian experience in ensuring food security and supporting the agricultural sector.

Today, Inna Tolkacheva also held an official meeting with the Director of the Youth and Women Affairs Unit of FAO Kazuki Kitaoka. During the detailed dialogue, the member of the Council of the Republic presented the unique practical experience of the domestic agro-industrial complex. OJSC "Soligore Poultry Factory" confidently holds a leading position in industrial quail breeding, providing a one-time maintenance of more than one million poultry heads and building a completely closed production cycle.

As Inna Tolkacheva noted, the Belarusian enterprise maintains strong international relations and exchanges experience with leading world breeding centers. Discussing the issues of attracting young people to the agricultural sector, the member of the Council of the Republic stressed the need to change outdated ideas about agriculture. According to him, today is the time for artificial intelligence. And it's just the young ones.

The modern Belarusian enterprise is an automated production complex, where manual labor is minimized, and the basis of the staff are IT specialists, engineers, geneticists, zootechnics and highly qualified veterinarians. For the effective career guidance of young people, it is important to hold special youth forums and open meetings with schoolchildren.

Special attention was paid to the consolidating role of the Belarusian Women’s Union. Inna Tolkacheva stressed:

- We have a very active Women’s Union, it involves a large number of women in its ranks and unites them. It allows to involve not only in business, but also in the public life of the country.
