The procedure for restoring a pension certificate is carried out in the labor, employment and social protection bodies at the place of storage of the applicant's pension file. To draw up a new document, you will need to submit a written application indicating the reason for losing the certificate or bringing it into disrepair. It is also necessary to provide a passport and a standard photo measuring 3 × 4 cm. If the old certificate has been preserved, but has become unusable, it must be handed over when applying.

It is important to note that a duplicate pension certificate is produced and issued absolutely free of charge.
