Flowers from Rybinsk flower beds were sent for wintering

According to representatives of the municipal service of the city, such heat-loving plants as ivy, Tradescantia, chlorophytum and some others in the cold season will be in a specially equipped room.

Therefore, all the thermophilic plants are excavated and transferred to multi-level racks specially designed for this purpose, where the flowers will wait for the arrival of spring. And to make them comfortable, the room will maintain the necessary temperature and humidity.

It is worth adding that many perennials will winter on the street. For example, roses, hydrangeas, in order to recover faster in the spring, on the eve of the first frosts were cut and carefully covered.

As for annual flowers, they were simply removed from flower beds and pots for recycling.
