TSUM announced changes for the comfort of buyers

A number of transformations for the convenience and comfort of customers was announced by Svetlana Gorval, General Director of TSUM Minsk. She told about the plans for the development of the enterprise at an operational meeting in the Minsk City Executive Committee on September 21, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

- In August, refrigeration chambers of low and medium cold were modernized, the fleet of freight transport was updated. In the near future, a new electronic navigation system will work in the store, which will allow customers to better navigate in the store, find the necessary sections, goods and services. The idea of launching a passenger elevator is being developed. This is especially important for the elderly, citizens with limited mobility, parents with young children, as well as taking into account the further development of retail space on the upper floors, said S. Gorval.

Since TSUM is included in the tourist roadmap of the city, plans are to implement a project of architectural illumination of the building. It is also planned to increase the area of sanitary facilities, including for people with disabilities, the creation of a mother and child room and the installation of lockers where visitors can leave personal belongings and outerwear.

A special strategic point is the development of e-commerce services. The number of products available for online purchases will grow, new suppliers and new types of products will appear.

During the operational meeting, issues of personnel policy of the enterprise and staffing with sellers were also discussed.
