D Kostroma prepared a booklet on tax benefits for pensioners

The press service of the regional administration reports that in the Kostroma region has prepared a social and advertising booklet designed for citizens of retirement and pre-retirement age – that is, those categories of citizens who have age tax benefits. In particular, tax benefits are due to pre-pensioners (non-owners of property men over 60 years old, and women over 55). They are exempt from taxes on a house (dwelling house, apartment, garage or car-place), as well as household buildings with an area of less than 50 square meters.

To familiarize older people with the benefits they are entitled to, the regional branch of the SFR has prepared an information booklet. At the same time, the SFR emphasizes that it is not necessary to apply for tax benefits for pensioners - the tax service must apply them proactively.
