The villager proved in court that she should not remove the snow behind the fence of the site

As it became known to “MK”, the conflict between the administration of SNT and one of the dachas occurred in the village of Nagorno of Pushkin urban district. The lady repeatedly asked to clean the snow in the inner passage that leads to the gates of her plot. However, every winter history was repeated again and again: the snowdrifts did not disappear, the woman had to take the shovel herself. This continued from 2021 to 2025. Tired of inaction of the board, the dacha turned to the magistrates court of the Ivanovo district. She calculated that the cost of snow removal services in SNT is estimated at 14 thousand rubles. The plaintiff asked to recover this amount, similar to the penalty, a fine, as well as moral damage in the amount of 25 thousand rubles.

The defendants made their arguments. They explained that the Muscovite is not a member of the SNT, and for maintenance services in the order of infrastructure of the village has long been not paid. However, the judge of the precinct No. 282 decided that cleaning all streets leading to country houses, in any case, is the responsibility of the SNT management. Therefore, in principle, the requirements of the dacha are fair. On the other hand, she is also not entitled to compensation for unharvested snow, since the plaintiff did not pay for this service. But moral damage - true, not 25, but 10 thousand rubles - the board will have to compensate. Also, the defendants will pay a fine - half of the lost amount (5,000 rubles) - and pay court costs (10 thousand rubles).
