Residents of the Lipetsk region told about the rules of preparing houses for winter

Residents of the Lipetsk region were reminded of the rules for the conservation of houses and plots before winter frosts. A step-by-step checklist for preparing suburban housing for the cold showed in the Donetsk News Agency.

Lipetsk gardeners are recommended to completely drain water from all engineering networks – including boilers, filters, siphons and street cranes, as well as turn off the pumps to avoid pipe rupture. In addition, autumn care requires cleaning the drains from the leaves and checking the roof for leaks.

From unheated rooms are advised to take out supplies, defrost the refrigerator and block access to rodents. Before leaving, you need to completely de-energize the house through the main machine, block the gas and photograph the position of the switches disconnected.
