Dedovichi court recovered from the motorist almost a million rubles for the unexported car

The Dedovichi district court considered an administrative case on the claim of the Bryansk customs to the citizen of Kirika on the recovery of customs payments and penalties, told “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the courts of the Pskov region.

As established during the consideration of the case, on September 6, 2013, Kirikoy temporarily imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union a Toyota car registered in the territory of a foreign state with a period of return export until September 6, 2014. The inspection showed that the car from the customs territory of the EAEU was not exported, which is recorded in the decision on the results of customs control of the vehicle. In this regard, the debtor has an obligation to pay customs duties in the amount of 461 065 rubles. On March 26, 2026, the debtor was notified of unpaid payments, the customs authority also calculated penalties in the amount of 461,065 rubles.

The administrative plaintiff asked to recover from Chirika customs payments and penalties totaling 922 131 rubles.

After examining the written materials of the case, the court satisfied the requirements of customs.
