The case of theft of equipment for 300 thousand rubles sent to the court Elista

A twenty-year-old employee of an ordering point in Elista will stand trial on fraud charges. The criminal case was initiated after the individual entrepreneur suffered damage in the amount of about 300 thousand rubles.

According to the investigation, the young man, working as an operator on Klykov Street, during the winter months of 2025 and 2026, stole the goods entrusted to him. He ordered expensive electronics through his mobile application, and upon receipt he issued a fictitious return. He took the equipment from the parcels and sent the empty boxes to the warehouse.

During the investigation, some of the stolen property was returned. The accused fully admitted guilt. The city prosecutor's office approved the indictment, and now the case materials will be considered in the Elista City Court.
