In particular, he visited a meeting dedicated to the preparation for the 130th anniversary of the birth of Skopin native composer Anatoly Novikov.

“It is important for us to preserve and emphasize the legacy that he left us,” commented Denis Bokov.
In addition, the first deputy chairman of the regional government announced the landing of tuyas as part of a month for landscaping in the park, opened in 2025 in honor of hockey player Vladislav Tretyak.
