Kindergarten in Lipetsk was the first in Russia to receive the status of “Federal +”

Kindergarten No. 126 in Lipetsk became the first educational institution in the country, which was awarded the highest status of the model of lean management "Federal +". The decision was made after a partner inspection of the quality of work of the institution, the Department of Education of Lipetsk reported.

The commission assessed various aspects of the kindergarten’s activities: staff training, implementation of lean production principles and results of implemented projects.

The new status means that the experience of Lipetsk teachers can become an example for other regions of Russia. In the near future, the achievements of the institution will be able to use colleagues from other subjects of the country.
