Nine teenagers received the first passports in the walls of the Serpukhov Museum
The head of the Serpukhov city district, Alexei Shimko, together with the deputy of the district Council Pavel Gushchin, presented the first passports to nine residents of Serpukhov - athletes, Olympians, representatives of creative youth and public activists

“Obtaining a passport for young people is one of the key events in everyone’s life. But it is important to remember that with new rights comes responsibility. From this moment, the children become full citizens, whose rights and duties are enshrined in the Constitution, said Aleksey Shimko.
To make the path of girls and young men bright, a special start to adulthood was prepared for them – the excursion “Gods and People”. From myth to history" in the Serpukhov Historical and Art Museum. The head noted that familiarity with the world heritage will definitely inspire children to new achievements.
