Director of the construction firm in the Vilei district underpaid the budget more than 220 thousand rubles

The prosecutor’s office of the Vileysky district sent a criminal case to the court against a 45-year-old resident of Minsk, who was charged with large-scale tax evasion. This sb.by reported in the information service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Minsk region.

The man was the founder and at the same time the director of a legal entity registered on the territory of the Vilei district, which was engaged in construction and installation works. After the transfer of funds by customers to the account of the company on the acts of delivery and acceptance of completed construction and other installation works on the basis of contract contracts, the man did not reflect the received revenue in accounting for the purpose of tax evasion. For three years, the amount of unpaid taxes by a commercial organization amounted to more than 220 thousand rubles.

The criminal case was in the production of the Vilei district department of the Investigative Committee. After checking the materials of the case, the prosecutor’s office of the Vilei district came to the conclusion about the validity of the accusation and an objective study of the circumstances of the crime. Agree with the qualification of the offense under Part 2 of Art. 243 of the Criminal Code.

Since during the preliminary investigation, the damage caused by the accused compensated partially - in the amount of 1 thousand rubles, when sending the case to the court, the prosecutor of the Vilei district filed a lawsuit against the accused to recover the amount of unpaid tax in the amount of more than 219 thousand rubles.
