The reason for the inspection was the appeal of a local resident who complained about the poor condition of one of the sections of the heating grid. She spoke about the problem at a personal reception with the Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Sergey Zaitsev.
The inspection of the prosecutor's office revealed the inaction of the local authorities in the maintenance of the communal facility. Violations concerned including the preparation of the heating system for the heating season. In this regard, the head of the Karasuk municipal district made a presentation.
After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the identified defects were eliminated on the pipeline, and a material and technical reserve of equipment was formed to service the heat grid economy. In addition, the municipal budget additionally provided 1 million rubles.
The heating season in the Karasuk municipal district began on September 25. According to the prosecutor's office, the heat supply was launched within the prescribed time.
