The debtor in the criminal case returned to Ivanovka 200 thousand rubles

In the October branch of bailiffs Ivanov successfully completed the recovery of a large sum in the criminal case.

A local resident, obliged by the court to pay 200 thousand rubles for causing minor harm to health, ignored the court decision.

After the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff-executor applied a set of measures: bank accounts were arrested, and the man himself was notified of the call for admission. At the meeting, the bailiff explained in detail that inaction will lead to additional costs and restriction of rights. Realizing the seriousness of the consequences, the debtor promptly repaid the debt in full.

Due to the fact that the payment was made within the five-day period prescribed by law for voluntary performance, the man managed to avoid paying the performance fee.
