Preschoolers from Ust-Kara learned how to be healthy

Librarian of the village of Ust-Kara Zinaida Mikhailovna held for preschoolers a health and game program “Journey to the country of Health”.

The guys went on an exciting journey, where everyone learned: to be healthy, you need to exercise, eat right and follow the rules of hygiene.

And then the most interesting thing began - fun games, in which knowledge can be immediately put into practice:

At the end of the program, the children unanimously summed up the results: health is not only about “do not get sick”, but also about movement, healthy habits and self-care.

The organizers wished the children to be healthy and invited them to new meetings in the library.
