Confidence in the Belarusian National Assembly is growing. This is evidenced by the results of the second part of a large-scale comprehensive republican sociological study, which concerns socio-political topics, the correspondent of sb.by reports.

According to the results of a sociological study, 70.1% of respondents answered the question whether you trust the VNS positively, 6.9% of respondents gave no answer. Commenting on the second part of the results of the study, which concerns socio-political topics, Svetlana Aleinikova, an analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, noted that trust in the GNS is growing along with its role in determining the future of the country. Citizens see the participation of the SNC in decisions related to the strategic development of the country, including the National Security Concept and the program of socio-economic development. Therefore, the GNS becomes a point of connection of current social expectations and the strategic horizon of the state.

The next reserve, she said, is linked to the role of delegates. More active and substantive participation of delegates will make the strategic agenda even closer to the social expectations of citizens.
