The award ceremony was held the day before at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow. This year, the competition received 11,800 applications from all over the country, 89 families were recognized as winners.
Mikhail and Natalia Shemyakin raise seven children. The eldest daughters have already decided on the way of life: one receives higher education at Novgorod University, the second works in law enforcement. The youngest children are still in school and attend kindergarten.
The Governor congratulated the Shemyakin family on the well-deserved victory and wished their families good health, prosperity and joy from joint achievements.
