In Kostroma, the construction of two large medical facilities is being completed - a polyclinic on Textile Avenue and a new building on Trade Union Street. On October 21, the commissioning process was inspected by Deputy Governor Igor Malyakin.
The history of the construction of the clinic for Textile workers was complicated: the first contractor (LLC "Winner") made a serious lag behind schedule, because of which the contract with him was terminated in April of this year. The court filed lawsuits for recovery of unpaid advance and penalty. Since June, a new company has been working at the facility - JSC "ProfiStroy".
As of today, construction and installation works at both sites have been fully completed. Sewerage, water supply and heat supply systems have been launched in the buildings. Installation of fire alarm and video surveillance is completed. In parallel, documents for obtaining a medical license are being prepared. Notice of completion of construction is planned to be sent before the end of October.
According to Igor Malyakin, both clinics will open their doors to patients in November.
