Twelve cars helped bailiffs to recover a debt of 3.3 million rubles

The Moscow company received 3.3 million rubles for the goods, which the Kaliningrad buyer did not fully pay. The bailiffs of the Kaliningrad region helped to return the money.

The Moscow firm sold the manufacturer of construction metal structures vehicles, but the buyer transferred only part of the amount. The seller went to court. He ordered the Kaliningrad company to pay the remaining debt and penalty – only 3.3 million rubles.

To obtain payment, the bailiffs arrested the accounts of the debtor and prohibited him from selling or re-registering property. The company found seven trucks, three trailers and two passenger cars - Lexus and Hyundai Solaris.

The debtor then fully repaid the debt. But the restrictions were lifted only after an additional payment of 280 thousand rubles of the executive fee for delay. This money will go to the state budget.

Earlier, we wrote that the “debt” of 870 thousand rubles brought a fugitive alimony worker from Baltiysk to the detention center.
