Single Day of the Deputy in Minsk: improvement, transport and social support

On October 14, a single day of the deputy was held in the capital. People's representatives met with citizens in the administrations of all districts. Anyone could address a question or suggest an idea for the development of the city - without prior appointment and regardless of the place of residence. Most often, residents raised the topics of housing policy, improvement of yards, housing and communal services and transport. Artem Tsuran: all requests for control

A resident of the Frunze district appealed to the chairman of the Minsk City Council A. Tsuran with a request to put in order the territory around a private house damaged after the fire. The woman noted that after the emergency, enough time has passed, but the site remains in a neglected state. Artem Tsuran took the appeal for personal control and assured that the improvement work will be completed in the near future.

Another resident of the capital raised the issue of transferring the current repair of the entrance. More than half of the residents are asked to postpone work, so that some of them can be completed on their own. The Chairman of the Minsk City Council explained: if the tenants make a decision at the general meeting, the issue of transferring repairs can be considered.

Also at the reception, the fate of the empty squares of the former store in the center of the capital was discussed. The complainant is concerned that the new facilities on the site would deprive residents of neighbouring houses of parking. In addition, the citizen complained about the prolonged overhaul of his house. A. Tsuran took the issue of the further fate of the areas under control, and to solve the problem of overhaul will send official letters to the relevant organizations.

Another Minsk citizen raised the issue of public transport. He was interested in the possibility of free travel for pensioners and disabled people of all groups, as well as the nuances of the work of inspectors. The Chairman of the Minsk City Council noted that residents pay 30% of the real cost of the ticket for travel, the rest is subsidized from the budget. He would explain the work of controllers after receiving official responses from transport authorities.

Improvement and utilities

To Evgeny Pustovo appealed to the residents of the house No. 29 on the street. Žilunović. They said that the electric shield, previously located on the wall in the second entrance, was moved to the basement, but the place where it was located, has not yet been repaired. The deputy promptly called the director of KUE “ZhEU No. 1 of the Factory District of Minsk”. The head of the enterprise assured that the repair of the entrance will be completed in October 2026.

Vitaly Yakubov received a phone call from a resident of the house No. 28 on the street. Žilunović. The woman asked to eliminate the leakage of sewers in the basement of the entrance. The deputy contacted the head of housing and communal services by phone, and in the shortest possible time the specialists of ZhEU No. 1 fixed the malfunction.

Ruslan Furs was approached by the residents of the district for improvement. One of them concerned the development of the playground in front of the house, where trees were planted and a playground was installed. The MP assured that the issue will be considered and residents will receive information about further plans. Residents are also concerned that a special fencing has not been installed near U.S. No. 30 after the demolition of the iron structures. R. Furs promised to discuss the matter. In addition, the topic of arrangement of a platform for dog walking was raised - the deputy supported the idea and promised to work it out with the responsible services.

Svetlana Vinokurova was visited by employees of one of the garage and construction cooperatives on the issue of land allocation. The deputy not only explained the norms of the legislation, but also promptly attracted specialists of the Pervomaysky district administration, who provided qualified assistance.

Mikhail Varikash considered the appeal of a resident of the house No. 34 on the street. A. Bachilo. The woman reported insufficient lighting of the children's sports ground: there is only one low lantern, which is not enough for a large area. The problem is especially acute in autumn and winter, when children play table tennis and football. The deputy promised to go to the place and contact the services to install additional lighting or replace the support with a higher one.

Alexander Dragun was approached by the eldest in the house No. 13, Corp. 3 on Alibegova Street. After major repairs, defects were revealed: the doors to the garbage chambers are made of poor-quality material, they rust and collapse. The general contractor (Stroytrest No. 1) is in no hurry to respond to the claims. The deputy assured that he would send letters to the regulatory authorities to eliminate defects.

Transport and roads

Natalia Voronova considered the appeal of a resident about the absence of a pedestrian crossing at the intersection. 2nd Children's and Youth Street. Crossing the busy street is not equipped, forcing people to risk their lives. Schoolchildren and the elderly are of particular concern. The deputy plans to apply to the State Traffic Inspectorate with a request to arrange the transition and inform the applicant of the decision.

Ellada Vlasenko considered the appeal of a resident of the Logoi district about the need for an additional stop of public transport. Existing stops are located far from residential buildings, which creates difficulties for the elderly, especially when traveling to the clinic. Following the reception, a request will be sent to Minsktrans to study the issue of changing the route network.

Alexander Sazanovets was approached by a resident of Asanalievsky district. The owner of the electric car asked about plans to install a charging station in the neighborhood. He also raised the problem of parking at houses No. 13/3 on the street. Asanalieva, No. 5 and No. 8 on St. Pukhovichskaya: Due to the lack of organized seats, drivers park chaotically. The resident proposed to organize the parking and install a barrier, since the passage is not through. The deputy explained the issue of installing a barrier at the reception, and on the charging station and parking will send inquiries to the specialized services.

Social support and housing

Mikhail Varikash accepted the appeal of a large resident, who asked to clarify the situation about the payments and benefits. The deputy spoke in detail about the measures of state support: a one-time allowance for the birth of a child, a monthly allowance for the care of a child under three years old, family capital, housing benefits and educational benefits. He congratulated the family on replenishment and wished health to the baby and parents.

Catherine Petrutskaya was approached by the applicant on the issue of improving living conditions. The family lives in a dormitory, the mother alone raises two minor children, one of whom has a disability. Minchanka is on a preferential queue and asked to clarify the possibility of obtaining housing in the near future. E. Petrutskaya explained the conditions for obtaining such housing.

Valery Ivankovich was approached by a group of voters about the further fate of outbuildings (sarais) in the courtyard of their house. The deputy explained the situation and invited residents to independently put forward a project for the improvement of the courtyard territory within the framework of the regulation on civil initiatives. Another visitor asked about employment. Ivankovich explained that he would send a letter to the administration of the Zavodsky district with a request to help in finding a suitable vacancy at one of the enterprises.

A single day of the deputy showed that most of the appeals are related to the everyday problems of citizens. The people’s deputies took the issues under control, and operational measures have already been taken on a number of them.
