He did not return the equipment and hid from recovery more than 2.2 million rubles
The Leninsky district court of Kursk sentenced the former director general of the agricultural organization. He was found guilty of two articles: malicious failure to comply with the court decision and malicious evasion of repayment of accounts payable.
In 2024, the arbitration court ordered the organization to return the property to the owner. But the head did not return four units of agricultural machinery. This happened despite the demands of the bailiffs and administrative penalties.
Another man evaded payment of accounts payable. He made settlements with the counterparty bypassing the accounts of the enterprise. So he hid from recovery more than 2.2 million rubles.
The court agreed with the prosecutor and imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
