The Primorsky district court on October 16 considered the claim for the seizure of property and money of the family of the former head of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnoselsky district in the income of the Russian Federation. As follows from the materials of the case, the legal income of the Shuravin family from 2010 to 2020 amounted to 59 million rubles. According to investigators, the former head of the “economic” police together with other persons from March 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025 received bribes from an individual entrepreneur in the amount of at least 285 thousand rubles.

As a result, the court decided to turn into the income of the Russian Federation the land of the former head of the OBEP in the Leningrad region with an area of 3.2 thousand square meters and a residential house on this site, “Mercedes” in 2017, as well as 38 million rubles – the equivalent of the cost of the apartment of the former policeman on the Sverdlovsk embankment.
