The former head of “Native fields” challenges the decision of the Rostov court
Former head of the Native Fields agricultural holding Peter Khodykin filed an appeal against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region

The former head of the Native Fields agricultural holding Peter Khodykin filed an appeal against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov region. Earlier, he and his mother Tatiana Khodykina jointly recovered 24 billion rubles of losses in favor of the company.
The court found that in 2023, Khodykin sold 99.95% of the authorized capital of YugAgroHolding at a low price: with the real value of the package of 1.28 billion rubles, the transaction was unprofitable. In December 2025, he donated a 33% stake to a non-business mother. Both transactions were declared invalid as aimed at withdrawing assets and hiding property from creditors. Separately, the court recovered 20.9 million rubles from Pyotr Khodykin, 20.38 million rubles from Tatiana Khodykina.
Since March 2026, interim measures have been in effect: the assets of YugagroHolding have been arrested, the powers of management bodies have been limited, the FTS is prohibited from changing the data of the USRLE on shares. In October, the company unsuccessfully asked to cancel or adjust these measures – the court found the restrictions proportionate and do not interfere with current activities.
Since May 2025, participants in the process have filed at least six complaints about interim measures. Two of them - from YugagroHolding and Khodykin himself - are scheduled for consideration on October 26 and November 9. Earlier, Khodykin tried to merge two related cases (about recovering 24 billion rubles and challenging the sale of the stake) and transfer them to another court, but was refused.
“Native Fields” was nationalized in 2025 at the suit of the Prosecutor General’s Office. The reason is the second citizenship of the beneficiary and the lack of permission to manage a strategic enterprise. In July 2026, Rosimushchestvo sold 100% of the company's shares at auction for 11.7 billion rubles - Tiara Holding JSC became the buyer.
