Ex-employee of Ryazan enterprise fined for commercial bribery

In Ryazan sentencing against a former employee of one of the enterprises of the city. He was found guilty of two episodes of commercial bribery, the press service of the regional SU TFR reported.

It was established that from February 2022 to September 2023, a man born in 1975, holding the position of deputy chief engineer for construction and development at the enterprise, received remuneration from representatives of two contracting organizations for giving them priority in concluding contracts for construction work and for their unhindered acceptance.

The court sentenced him to a fine of 1.2 million rubles with a ban for three years to engage in activities in the field of procurement, as well as confiscation of property in the state.
