Exam for Dad. How well Roman Kudrov knows his four children
How well does a father know his children? On the eve of Father's Day, which is celebrated on October 21 (in our country, from October 14 to October 21, the Week of Parenthood is held).

How well does a father know his children? On the eve of Father’s Day, which is celebrated on October 21 (parental love week is held in our country from October 14 to October 21), we decided to check it out in the Kudrov family from Minsk. Isabella’s mother had prepared short facts about Mir, Lyuba, Lisa and Paul in advance, without naming names, and Pope Roman had to guess who he was talking about.

We met on Saturday, a rare day when children’s busy schedules had a window between lessons, music school, swimming pool and dancing. The girls proudly demonstrated their elegant dresses and makeup, and Pasha met us in a white shirt and immediately began to show his favorite toys. As we sat down and got to know each other, we asked Roman to tell us a little bit about each child:
- Mira, senior, 11 years old. Recently, she was very young, and now almost a teenager with her own character, interests and views on life. Lyube is nine, she is the most tender and sensitive, she delicately feels the words and mood, so it is easy to touch. Seven-year-old Lisa is our hedgehog: you need to find a special approach to her and stroke only on the wool. And Pasha, the youngest, is six. He is incredibly curious and loves everything that can be disassembled, repaired or assembled.
Looking ahead, what would Dad wish his children? Roman replied:
- I would say to the world, Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Even if you want to play with dolls, while others already consider themselves adults. “The desire to be first will always be your engine, but remember: you have the right to make a mistake.” Lisa: “Take care of your sensitivity and ability to love. This is a rare gift.” And Pasha, I wish he never lost his research interest. Who, who? Isabella passes a leaflet with pre-prepared facts. Well, it's time to see how well Roman knows his children.
Who is the slowest and does everything at their own pace?
- Mira. She has her own rhythm: she can dress for a long time, do lessons for hours and slowly brush her teeth, not paying attention to the rush around. It is useless to adjust it - it will still do everything in its own way.
Mama's verdict: right.
Who can be entrusted with the case and not reminded of it?
- Love. She seems to have been responsible since birth. If she is given a new piece in music school, she plays it without a hitch three days later. A poem in literature can be learned in a couple of hours. It is important for anyone not just to take up the case, but to bring it to the result.
Mama's verdict: right.
Who's always positive?
- Pasha. He is very light and undepressing. It seems that even if he has a bad mood or a high fever, he will still say, “It’s okay.” And this is great, let as long as possible retain the ability not to worry about trifles.
Mama's verdict: right.
Who can change clothes without a reason?
- Lisa. Even in the evening, she prepares clothes for the next day, but in the morning her mother still checks whether the outfit fits, whether everything fits together. However, if at least a small spot appears on the clothes, the check is no longer necessary - you need to urgently change clothes.
Mama's verdict: right.
Who can play dollhouse for hours?
- Pasha. Of all the children, only he can play this game for a long time. Cars interest him only a few days after the purchase, and then he goes to the balcony, where there is a doll house. Perhaps the future interior designer is growing.
Mama's verdict: right.
Who under three had the most wheelchairs?
- Mira. With strollers, she was not lucky from the very beginning: the first broke almost immediately after discharge from the hospital, the following also did not stand for a long time. One after another, they were out of order, it seemed that Mira just had some special ability to test child transport for strength. By the age of three, she probably had more wheelchairs than all the other children combined.
Mama's verdict: right.

Who on a walk necessarily checks the depth of each puddle?
- Pasha. He's ready to explore every puddle. So almost always comes home plagued and wet, but absolutely happy. Sometimes I join him and we run on water together. So an ordinary walk here easily turns into a real water expedition.
Who only likes chocolate icing in cookies?
- Mira. She loves to pick the best. With dumplings, she has the same story: she eats dough, and she pulls out the filling and puts it away. Mira just knows what she likes and prefers to eat only the best.
Who starts packing when it’s time to get out?
- Lisa. Her backpack should be monitored both in the evening and in the morning: she can mistakenly put Russian or vice versa instead of Belarusian literature, and sometimes grab her sister's textbooks. The teacher then argues, and Lisa sincerely does not understand how it happened. Looks like she's packing her backpack not at the last minute, but at the last second.
Who at home argues with brothers and sisters, but on the street always protects them?
- Lisa. At home, they can argue over toys, complain about each other, and work out relationships. But if someone on the street offend Pasha - Lisa will be the first to stand up for him. She can scold her own, but she won’t let others.
And finally, the question with an asterisk: the size of the shoes of children right now?
Roman, without hesitation, replies:
- Myra's 37-38. Pasha is 29th, sometimes 30th. And Lyuba and Lisa are almost the same: 34 and 33. Word to children “ZN”: What can Dad do better than Mom?
- Bake pancakes! He makes them delicious. He's also very hard-working, he can fix something, he can help us, and he always does the dishes after dinner.
"ZN": Do you and your dad have a secret your mom doesn't know about?
- Got it. It's a surprise for Mom, so we won't tell you!
"ZN": What can only dad ask you?
- Help with homework. If the case is complicated or incomprehensible, we immediately call him – he almost always knows what to do.
