The opening ceremony was attended by First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Central District Sergey Utlik, Deputy of the Oryol constituency No. 44 Irina Malevana and Chairman of the Council of Territorial Public Self-Government, Director of Manezh LLC Alexander Ignatiev.
