There are student protests in another European country
According to the TV channel France 24, October 31 in the capital of Albania Tirana again began mass demonstrations with the participation of students

According to the TV channel France 24, October 31 in the capital of Albania Tirana again began mass demonstrations with the participation of students.
Initially, the demonstration took place in a calm manner in the pouring rain near the building of the Ministry of Education. However, after a short time, a group of radical young people began throwing stones and incendiary bottles at law enforcement officers, and set fire to garbage cans. To disperse the crowd, the police were forced to use two water cannons.
According to available information, law enforcement authorities detained 269 minor participants in the riots. It is worth noting that on Wednesday, October 28, the Cabinet of Ministers of the country decided to toughen the responsibility for the instigators of riots, setting for persons committing violent acts, fines of up to 5,500 euros.
Mass spontaneous protests in the country began in May against the background of the aggravation of the situation with corruption. The immediate reason for the discontent of citizens was the plan to build a fashionable hotel on the territory of a protected nature reserve, the implementation of which, according to reports, is associated with the family of US President Donald Trump.
Earlier it was reported that on October 31, similar youth unrest engulfed the Austrian capital, Vienna. According to informed sources, representatives of various disparate left-wing political groups took to the streets, while the action itself was not of an organized student nature.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin assessed the protest mood in France, noting that the Paris authorities are unable to control the activities of social networks on their territory, since these platforms do not have digital sovereignty.
