Evgeny Maslov checked heating in troubled houses of Kursk

The head of Kursk Evgeny Maslov, as promised in the morning, during the day selectively drove to the addresses from where residents complained about problems with heating connection.

The first he visited the house on the Avenue of Friendship, 9 - there wrote a girl with children from the first floor, complained of the cold in the apartment. Together with the deputy chairman of the housing and communal services committee Alexei Sharapov and a representative of the management company, Maslov went to the apartment: the problem was confirmed, the batteries in two rooms are really cold. Representatives of the Criminal Code assured that everything will be fined: when starting the heating system in the house, suffocation occurs - a frequent story at the start of the season. Start-up work can take up to 14 days, but the heat will be sure. Separately, residents complained that they cannot reach the Criminal Code and find themselves in an information vacuum - this issue will be worked out by the housing and communal services committee.

On Vespremskaya Street, 1 the situation is different: according to the Criminal Code, the problem is on the side of the resource-supplying organization - the necessary pressure is allegedly not applied to the house. Alexey Sharapov will deal with this.

On Orlovskaya Street, 12 Maslov met with tenants in the yard. There, RIR Energy will have to replace the pipes due to leakage - and it should be done now, without waiting for frosts. Residents complain that they have been unable to get the work done since September; the company’s executive promised to speed up.

Evgeny Maslov noted that the picture at the addresses is similar: in some entrances it is warm, in others - ice batteries, and you cannot reach the UK and the control room RIR Energo. He called the head of the resource-supplying organization with residents and left people a direct telephone control room. Alexey Sharapov tomorrow morning together with representatives of the Criminal Code and the asset of the house will go down to the basement to remove the parameters on the elevator nodes – to measure the pressure and temperature entering the house. The UK claims that there are no problems on her part, but they will understand on the spot. The Housing and Utilities Committee also keeps the excavation in the yard under control and promises to put everything in order in the near future.

The head of the city stressed that the heat start season is always difficult: somewhere technical moments, somewhere human factor. But the main thing, according to him, is to keep your finger on the pulse, go to places and solve problems manually. Connection of apartment buildings to heating is under the control of acting Deputy head of the city administration Evgeny Polyansky and Chairman of the housing and communal services Committee Nikolai Malakhov.

Evgeny Maslov also shared that he drew attention to new playgrounds on the Avenue of Friendship and Orlovskaya Street. They were installed on behalf of Governor Alexander Khinshtein in the framework of the program initiated by him. According to Maslov, residents and children are very happy - and that is the most important thing.
