Farmers in Lipetsk region fined for banned pesticides in the fields

A farmer from the Lipetsk region was brought to administrative responsibility for violations when processing sunflower and soybeans with pesticides. The inspection revealed the use of an unregistered drug for these crops, as well as violations in notifying beekeepers about the chemical treatment of fields.

As reported in the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Voronezh, Belgorod and Lipetsk regions, during the scheduled inspection, experts examined samples of agricultural plants. In the sunflower found active substance, not allowed for the processing of this culture.

In addition, according to the state information system "Saturn", in the fields with sunflower and soybeans used the drug "Ground, VR". In 2026, its use on these crops is not allowed.

The inspectors also found that information about the processing of crops was not included in the section “Beekeeper’s Portal”. This resource is designed to alert beekeepers and residents about the use of pesticides.

On October 6, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued a decree on bringing the entrepreneur to justice. The farmer admitted the violations and paid the fine the next day.
