Farm happiness: how the support of the family and the state helped the Belgorod to survive the tragedy
Her story about the social contract shared a resident of the village of Zenino Veidelevsky district of the Belgorod region Victoria Harutyunyan

The family has a variety of animals: chickens, geese and four calves. If Victoria had been told a couple of years ago that she would have been surrounded by such a “menagerie”, she might not have believed it. So how did her family and state support help her?
When the world turned over
Victoria's husband died saving loved ones in a fire. First he took his wife out, then the children, came back for his mother and never came back. Both burned. Nine years have passed since the tragedy.
A woman could not get away from grief for a year. As Victoria said, she was as out of her mind: abandoned the house and family. She was brought to consciousness by her parents, who looked after the children.
Then came the time of a strong struggle: there was not enough money and there was nowhere to live. Then Victoria's parents bought a small house on credit and began to live next door. And now they keep the farm in two yards.
"I couldn't do it myself."
That this form of state support exists, Victoria learned by accident. Once in social networks, the district administration reported that from the social security authorities you can get money to buy calves.
The woman applied and was approved. For 200 thousand rubles from the state, she bought four calves and food for them. Victoria admitted that she could not have saved such a sum.
The whole family now helps in the household: parents, two sons 14 and 19 years old and the residents of the yard themselves. For example, geese pinch grass and collect fallen apples, and chickens perfectly cope with their role as layers.
“It is good that such a programme exists. Agriculture is hard work every day, but when you work with the soul, it necessarily bears fruit.
