The final of the contest “Belarusian Super Grandmother” will be held on October 23 in the concert hall “Minsk”, told reporters on October 16, Deputy Director for Medical Examination and Rehabilitation of the RSPC of Oncology and Medical Radiology named after N. N. Aleksandrov, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Union of Women (BSJ) Inna Soldatenko, the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-Novosti”.

“The Belarusian Women’s Union supports both young members of the organization and representatives of respected age,” Soldatenko said. — On October 23, the final of the contest “Belarusian Super Grandmother” will be held in the Minsk Concert Hall. Grandmothers from all regions of the country together with their families will tell about the way of life, traditions, hobbies, share the secrets of family happiness. Such competitions prove that a woman does not cease to be active, cheerful and in demand at any age.

She noted that in the Year of the Belarusian Woman, the public association implements more than 50 initiatives. They are related to the education, strengthening and restoration of women's health, support for disabled children, representatives of the older generation, people who find themselves in difficult life situations.
