FC Zenit was brought to court because of the disrupted concert Kanye West

The initiator of the proceedings was a resident of Moscow. The defendants in the case are the organizer of the show “Say Edgency” and the ticket service “Intikets”. According to the statement of claim, the man gave 80 thousand rubles for a couple of tickets and another 8 thousand for services.

In addition, for a trip to the concert, he purchased railway tickets worth more than 32 thousand rubles and booked a hotel room for almost 30 thousand. Now the plaintiff intends to sue the spent funds, as well as demand compensation for moral damage, payment for the work of a lawyer and a fine.

The official reception of applications for refunds for canceled concerts opened on October 12. At the same time, the ticket service compensates only the nominal cost of tickets, withholding a service fee of 10%.
