Garbuzov: representatives of 44 labor dynasties with a total experience of more than 3000 years were awarded in Moscow

The Moscow government awarded 44 industrial dynasties with a total experience of more than 3,000 years. Employees of 28 Moscow enterprises received photo albums and gratitude for their professionalism and contribution to the development of industry. Details were announced by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Anatoly Garbuzov.

Since 2022, the Dynasty of Moscow Industry project has brought together almost 180 families.

Such families form the personnel basis of Moscow factories: experience, skill and responsible attitude to business here are passed down from generation to generation. This year, the awards were received by representatives of 44 dynasties from 28 enterprises, their total experience is more than three thousand years, commented Anatoly Garbuzov.

Thus, the Bokarev-Molchanov dynasty works at the Moskabelmet plant, which has devoted 195 years to the enterprise. Its traditions are continued by active family members.

The Rusakov dynasty at UEC-Salute began in 1925 with the turner-finder Maxim Ilyich Rusakov. Ten members of the family worked in the factory for 284 years.

Several dynasties work at the Karacharov Mechanical Plant (KMZ). Fishermen have been working since the founding of the plant in 1950, having mastered specialties from electrician to workers' workshops. Baichurins - since 1983, today the team is the second generation of the family.

The award was held within the framework of the month of industry, which was previously reported by Sergei Sobyanin.
