The State Administrative and Technical Inspectorate announced a warning to the Krasnogvardeysk local branch of the All-Russian Society of Motorists, whose chairman is Vasily Troshkov. The reason was arbitrarily placed elements of improvement on the land. This became known from the data of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

According to monitoring data, on the plot, which is leased from the SAI, without an agreed project, a security post, fencing, a barrier and garage boxes were placed. GATI noted that there is no information about the improvement project agreed by the Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture. This violates the rules of improvement of the territory of St. Petersburg.

The agency required the organization to produce and agree on a project or approval sheet for the installation of elements, as well as to issue a document on the acceptance of work. According to Kontur.Focus, the Krasnogvardeysk Local Branch of the SAI is the defendant in seven cases for a total of 1.9 million rubles.
