Where and when the International Architectural and Construction Exhibition BUDEXPO-2026 will be held in Minsk

XXVIII International architectural and construction exhibition BUDEXPO-2026 will be held in the Belarusian capital from 16 to 18 September. The event will combine architecture, construction and new technologies, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

The event will be held in the Gallery of the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO at the address: 24, Minsk.

The grand opening of the exhibition is scheduled for 11:30 on September 16. It will be attended by Minister of Architecture and Construction Vadim Olshevsky and Minister of Housing and Utilities Gennady Trubilo. In the first two days, September 16 and 17, the exhibition will run from 10:00 to 18:00. In the final, September 18, from 10:00 to 16:00.

The exposition will cover eight main areas: from architecture, design and design to construction materials, machinery, equipment and home building technologies.

The large-scale business program of the forum will bring together more than 25 events: from plenary sessions with the participation of government representatives to narrow pitches and international round tables. More than 125 exhibitors will take part in the exhibition.

Particular attention will be paid to digital construction. At the session “Digital Construction and BIM”, Viktor Skrobot, General Director of the Belgosproekt Institute, will talk about artificial intelligence as an effective tool of the project organization. Experts from ArkhStroyConsult and INTERMEH will present the methodology of end-to-end life cycle management (PLM) on the examples of such giants as BelNPP and Belaruskali. Representatives of Atomstroyexport and Trust Minskpromstroy will share their experience in digital transformation of the general contractor.

A separate Belarusian-Russian round table will be devoted to the formation of a single regulatory and digital contour of the Union State, where experts will discuss the Stroyexpert platform and the integration of IT solutions of the two countries.

A significant part of the program is devoted to housing construction. Director of the Housing Institute Viktor Trepachko will reveal the topic “Consumers of the future in the housing market: requests that change the rules”, and Anna Yastrebova, Director of the A-100 Development Group, will share her vision of the harmony of architecture and the environment. The financial instruments of the industry will be presented by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Belagroprombank Yulia Yasinskaya.

In the Arch-laboratory "Architectural Practices" experts will shift the focus to the person: designer Sergey Sargin will present the concept of "healthy premium house", and Chairman of the Committee of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Pavel Avdeev will tell how "Smart home" becomes a new standard of quality of life.

Scientists of BNTU and BSTU, as well as representatives of the BCC Holding and Grodno Glass Factory will raise acute issues of environmental friendliness, innovative concrete and the use of secondary resources. At the “Pitch-platform”, manufacturers in the format of short presentations will prove the economic efficiency of new approaches: from lightweight concrete and welded decking to energy-efficient home technologies and lean production.

Also at the site BUDEXPO will be a professional conversation about the development of building standards. General Director of Stritekhnorm Tatiana Nikolaeva together with colleagues from Rosstandart (Russia), Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will discuss the introduction of machine-readable norms. In the second block of the session, the heads of relevant associations and regulators will develop mechanisms to protect the EAEU market from counterfeit products and remove technical barriers.

The practical part of the exhibition will be complemented by BUDACADEMY. There will be master classes and live demonstrations of materials and tools in the work, which will allow specialists to evaluate the properties of products right on the site.

Special attention will be paid to architecture. The art space “FORUM” will become a platform for discussing urban studies, BIM and new materials. The residential quarter cluster will also work with a presentation of development projects, interactive layouts and VR tours of apartments.

The round table “Personnel Training” will bring together representatives of the Ministry of Labor, BNTU and the largest enterprises (including JSC “Keramin”). Experts will discuss the transition to professional standards, continuous learning and the impact of AI on the requirements for specialists.

Students of the BNTU Faculty of Architecture will present their projects within the framework of “ArchiStart: New Generation”, and open meetings will be held for students and young professionals about the professions of the construction industry and the skills of the future.

It is interesting to note that this year BUDEXPO will be held simultaneously with the International Specialized Exhibition of Housing and Utilities “Our House”. These two projects will bring together specialists who work with the facility at all stages - from the architectural idea and construction to the operation, modernization and development of urban infrastructure.
