Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Gutsan became the winner of the national award "Femida" in the nomination "State Service".

The award to Gutsan during the ceremony was presented by the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Konstantin Chuichenko, calling the laureate “a deeply moral person”.
