The head of Chuvashia congratulated rural women on the holiday

The head of the republic Oleg Nikolaev addressed the workers of the Chuvash land on the occasion of the Day of rural women, first celebrated today, October 16. In his congratulations, he noted their great contribution to the development of the republic and the preservation of traditions.

“You are the soul and strength of Chuvashia, the guardians of traditions and modern affairs, wise mothers and successful professionals,” the head of the region emphasized.

Nikolaev reminded of folk wisdom: “Kil Ashshi – aramran” – “The warmth of the house is from a woman.” According to him, on the fragile shoulders of villagers is a colossal work: they manage farms, work on the land, raise children, teach, treat and develop culture.

The Head of the Republic addressed special words of admiration to the active life position of women. “The contribution to support the soldiers of the special military operation is invaluable,” he said, noting his participation in the collection of humanitarian supplies and assistance to the families of servicemen.

Nikolaev also mentioned the contest “I am a woman”, the award “Bereginya of the village” and the Spartakiad “Gration of the village”, where villagers demonstrate their femininity, talents and strength of spirit.
