The head of Essentukov criticized the management companies and resource supplying organizations of the city

The head of Essentukov Vladimir Krutnikov summed up the interim results of the launch of the heating season and assessed the participation of city services in improvement. The reason for sharp criticism was violations of ethics of communication with citizens and ignoring city-wide environmental initiatives.

In his address on social networks, the head of the city noted a number of management companies that demonstrate a high level of responsibility and are in constant contact with the administration, promptly processing applications of residents. However, the activities of one of the largest organizations in the housing sector caused the mayor a sharp indignation.

The reason for the proceedings was a video recording of the communication of the manager of the management company with consumers. Vladimir Krutnikov described the manner of conducting the dialogue as unacceptable, especially with regard to elderly people left without heat in their apartments.

“Refusing people to help, leaving a person alone with a problem and talking in such a tone is not the work of the management company, but its complete absence,” the mayor said.

The second block of criticism was the neglect of the city-wide subbotnik by the majority of resource-supplying organizations of Essentuki. While employees of the city administration removed three trucks of foliage from the Victory Park, only the local resource supply organization responded to the call for cleaning.

The head of the city expressed dissatisfaction with the position of the leaders who find excuses instead of real participation in the life of the municipality.

Essentukov City Hall intends to revise the format of interaction with organizations demonstrating indifference to urban problems and disrespect for residents. Vladimir Krutnikov warned that for every fact of unfair performance of duties or ignoring municipal tasks, appropriate conclusions will be drawn.

“We will react in our own way. Not everyone will like it, the head of the city concluded, making it clear that control over the quality of work of the utilities sector will be significantly tightened.
