On Saturday, October 24, accompanied by Alexander Ryazanov, the head of the Leningrad region visited the site where a new tourist cluster is developing in the Kuzmolovsky settlement. Summer City, which has invested 15.1 billion rubles, is already actively implementing this large-scale project.
The first hotel buildings have already been built. The project includes 20 buildings, restaurants, an aquathermal complex, sports grounds and an artificial reservoir with a recreation area. On 29 hectares will create a resort town for 4700 guests.
By 2030, 1,650 new jobs will be created here, which will be a significant incentive for the development of tourism, business and improving the quality of life of local residents in the Leningrad region.
We have enough beautiful places, now we add modern infrastructure to them, so you want to come here at any time of the year. And it is especially gratifying to see how the plans, which were recently discussed at the negotiating table, acquire walls, windows and roofs, Drozdenko concluded.
