An operational and situational headquarters has been established. In addition to employees of the internal affairs bodies, on duty will be medical workers, as well as rescuers, including on the water.
Checkpoints have been set up at mass events. Tents with orange awning are provided for quick passage for people with limited mobility, the elderly and families with children. Kubrakov drew attention to the need to provide buffer zones in front of the checkpoint in order to control people and the situation before the inspection. There should be no foreign objects, including abandoned scooters and bicycles.
The Public Security Monitoring Center will also be transferred to the enhanced mode of work. To divide the territory into squares and track the behavior of people is entrusted to the operators of the republican public security monitoring system. This is necessary for detailed control and prompt transmission of information about violators of the order.
The Minister of Internal Affairs also instructed to clearly work out the organization of the distribution of flows of both transport and people. In one or another location at the same time can be 60-80,000 people.
