The head of the Novgorod Ministry of Health congratulated local therapists on their holiday

The Minister of Health of the Novgorod region Valery Yakovlev published on his page Vkontakte congratulations on the Day of the district therapist.

The minister stressed that medicine begins with doctors of this specialty, and the life and health of patients often depend on the attention of the district doctor and his ability to ask the right question. More than 150 local therapists work in clinics and outpatient clinics of our region.

“It is therapists who are at the most responsible, first frontier of the health care system. These doctors have been monitoring the health of their patients for years, they know the results of tests and past illnesses, said Valery Yakovlev.

The Minister thanked all district therapists for their dedicated work and sensitive attitude to Novgorod residents and wished them good health, an inexhaustible reserve of strength and as much gratitude from patients as possible.
