The head of the company in Dagestan awaits trial for tax evasion by 200 million rubles

Investigators in Dagestan have completed the investigation of a criminal case against the general director of a commercial organization accused of tax evasion on an especially large scale, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the republic reports.

According to the investigation, from 2020 to 2022, the general director either did not submit tax returns at all, or made deliberately false information in them. The reporting of the organization reflected unreliable data on its financial and economic activities.

As a result, he evaded taxes worth more than 200 million rubles.

The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment and transfer to the court.
