The State Inspectorate conducted raids on fishing places in the Volgograd region
Large-scale preventive measures were taken in the Kalachev, Ilovlin and Frolov districts.

Raids were held on mass places of active recreation for fishing lovers. The Chief State Inspector for Small Ships (SIMS) of the region Dmitry Tekushin took part in preventive measures.
Boatmasters and vacationers were reminded of the rules before going to the water and safety requirements for passengers of small vessels, the inspection said. Experts recommended checking the serviceability of the vessel: make sure that there are no fistulas, holes, damage to the steering and fuel leaks. It is necessary to control the configuration: on board should be serviceable means of communication, navigation, rescue and alarm.
Before going to the water, it is important to clarify the weather forecast. With strong wind or fog, it is better to postpone the trip. About your plans should inform relatives or friends: indicate the location and approximate time of return.
Special attention GIMS inspectors paid to the presence of life jackets. All persons on board shall be wearing zippers. This is a mandatory requirement for children under 12 years of age outside ship premises, for persons on hydrocycles and towed vehicles, as well as on deckless vessels up to 4 m long while driving or parking and when locking.
It is noted that preventive raids by specialists of GIMS EMERCOM of Russia in the Volgograd region are carried out to protect people from tragedies on the water.
